Planned calendar. These weeks come from the AJL 2026–2027 gameplan, and fees are indicative. Confirm both with us before you budget — or ask for a date that suits you, which is usually easier than fitting around ours.
What your levy actually pays for
Most companies underclaim because they think the levy only covers the trainer. It does not.
In-house or public training, meal and daily allowances, consumable materials, venue rental, and airfare or transport.
The claim application goes in before the training begins. Payment comes after it finishes. Leaving it until afterwards is the single most common way companies lose the money.
Training has to run at least four hours to be claimable, which is why our shortest format is a full day.
Unused levy does not roll over. If you are reading this in Q4, that balance has a deadline, not a plan.
